Key Responsibilities :

  • Bridge customers' support needs with internal support teams to provide timely and accurate answers, solutions
  • Promote the company's technologies and be proactive with up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support and participate in Business Development related activities, as needed.
  • Support revenue growth in North America, covering all key semiconductor applications and market trends (existing and emerging).

Support NA customer technology related activities include:

  1. Technology introduction and customer request match/recommendation
  2. PDK, design manual support with customer
  3. Customer design support - from start to PG
  4. Check and compare competitor's technology and feedback to RD for an improvement


Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

  • BS in Engineering, Physics, or related field; Advanced degrees preferable.
  • 10+ years of technical sales, business development, or power semiconductor technology related job function.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor processes, devices; circuit design and CAD design environments, with in-depth experience in at least one of these areas.
  • Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (mostly, but not entirely, within the US) 25% of the time.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Familiarity with Process Design Kits (PDK), technology files, device and process specifications
  2. Familiarity with Analog, Power Management, Mixed-Signal, MEMS, Automotive product design and applications.

Personal Attributes:

  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with fluency in English presentations.
  • Ability to work and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
