Description Under the leadership of the System Support Manager, this position will support business operations by supporting administrative tasks and monitoring system usage. This person will work with various departments, global office in Korea, and our IT business provider/external vendors to assist with user account creation, systems access, account termination, ticket monitoring/escalation, and as a general point person for user reported concerns.
Administrator will also be responsible for supporting tasks required by the Information Security Manager, including coordination among team members, translating some material between Korean and English,
This is a full-time position at our North America HQ, though occasional travel may be required to travel to satellite offices in U.S.A.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working alongside IT Service provider, oversee and administer all user account administration aspects, including setup, rights, email distribution and active directory security groups. Submit and follow up on requests for system account creation, modification, terminations (50%)
- Assist with ticket monitoring, escalation, related to account access for various internal/external systems. Some basic technical support required for systems access user support, or escalation with IT service provider (HAEA) as needed. (20%)
- Maintain all system access requests forms,. Update and create SOP's as needed to support processes and workflow changes in compliance with Mobis standards. (15%)
- Conduct periodic internal/external audits of user accounts and general processes to ensure compliance with Mobis and internal/external audit standards. Open: Monthly security checklist. (15%)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs): - Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and support best practices for process changes. This includes approvals and general change management processes.
- Monthly/quarterly/annual audit results are prepared and presented on time and accurately
- Account access is managed and responded/resolved within acceptable timelines. Risks of delays are escalated appropriately and communicated.
- Support tickets are managed and followed through in a timely manner
- Coordinates and follows up all equipment requests with HAEA liaison
Required Qualifications EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Or a combination of education and equivalent experience)
EXPERIENCE - Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience managing user account support, systems access and working within compliance standards
- Some experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations/sharing proposals
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Compensation - Hourly Wage , $54,363.95 - 80,186.82
