The Strategic Account Director oversees 100-120 accounts and is responsible for driving expansion revenue across their book of business. This relationship-based sales position requires a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and ORM technical knowledge. This position will work closely with our fulfillment team to ensure deliverable deadlines are met and the efficacy of campaigns is trending in the right direction.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary contact for strategy, account growth, and retention
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quota targets
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and objectives, and build an expansion revenue strategy based on client needs
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to clients by providing actionable insights that help clients achieve their ORM and SEO goals
  • Save accounts by promptly contacting clients who indicate interest in opting out
  • Routinely follow up with past clients to cultivate re-engagement of their services
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect and pipeline data in Zoho

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A dynamic self-starter with 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience in ORM and SEO
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Top Performers: Earning $15,000+ per month
  • Total Earning Potential: $100,000 - $180,000+ annually
