Job Description
Purpose
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to vice president and senior-level management, as well as, handling a range of tasks that include managing calendars, meeting scheduling & logistics, scheduling travel, expense report preparation, creating & revising meeting materials/presentations and other similar matters.You will help manage the office's efficiency, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced administrative support to VP level and senior-level management. May provide backup support to other staff as needed.
- Serves as primary point of contact for VP and partners with their VPs Chief of Staff.
- Monitors and prioritizes executives calendar and highlights actions while proactively identifying and handling conflicts.
- Maintains and manages meeting and travel scheduling, which includes domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Coordinates and maintains departmental electronic files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and legal guidelines.
- Uses intermediate to advanced software skills to perform assigned work. Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including Corporate Travel website and other programs.
- Coordinates new employee onboarding, which may include setting up their cube/office.
- Professionally interacts with high level executives and their assistants.
- Consistently handles confidential or business-sensitive information.
- Follows company purchasing and other established procedures.
This role will be on-site in Lake County, IL.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant related experience. High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience providing support to a VP level or equivalent.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Self-starter able to function at a high level with general instruction.
- Builds strong relationships with peers and cross-functionally with partners outside of assigned group as necessary to enable effective and efficient Legal team operations.
- Team-oriented, can-do attitude and desire to be productive contributor to overall organization.
- Learns quickly and can change course quickly when needed.
- Open to feedback and innovation for improvement.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes ingood faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Salary: $26.10 - $47.10

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
