Your Role as a Senior Administrative Assistant: - Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and oversee correspondence for the Operations Director.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Lead or support operational improvement projects, compliance initiatives, and client service enhancements.
- Assist with client billing, expense tracking, and budget reconciliation for the firm's operations.
- Oversee and troubleshoot legal software, case management systems, and operational tools.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
What You Bring to the Table: - Experience: 4-5 years in high-level administrative support, ideally in legal, corporate, or operations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled at multitasking, adapting, and streamlining workflows.
- Communication: Strong, professional, and detail oriented.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
Your Work Schedule: - Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required).
