The Role This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience across
customer success, sales, marketing, and operations-all while working directly with the leadership team at a fast-growing AI company.
As our operations & exec coordinator-you'll play an integral role in helping our company grow. You'll interact with customers, assist in sales efforts, support marketing initiatives, and keep our team operating efficiently. It's a dynamic, fast-paced role perfect for someone looking to gain experience across multiple business functions in a startup environment.
This is an in-office position in South San Francisco.
What You'll Do - Sales & Growth: Researching leads, responding to inbound sales inquiries, and ensuring our sales pipeline moves forward.
- Operations & Leadership Support: Working closely with executives to keep the company running smoothly.
- Marketing & Events: Assisting with internal and external event planning.
- Customer Success: Managing support channels, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring issues get escalated to the right teams.
Required Skills - 1-3 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, customer support, or a similar role
- College degree from a reputable university
- Strong organizational across many different projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, event coordination, and administrative tasks
Bonus Points - Any exposure to sales or customer-facing roles
- B2B SaaS or developer tools background
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience with technical content
