Office Services Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Office Services Assistant with 1 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a corporate environment. This position is located in Uniondale, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Conference Room Setup and Teardown: Facilitate the arrangement and disassembly of conference rooms for meetings, including furniture placement and catering preparation.
  • Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, pantries, and the staff cafĂ© throughout the day.
  • Hospitality Services: Support hospitality efforts by keeping refreshments and catering supplies stocked and replenished.
  • Receptionist Backup: Provide backup coverage for the receptionist, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing deliveries.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with special projects and other administrative or office service tasks as needed.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative role or internship

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $40,000-45,000/yr

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
