A Century City law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in civil litigation matters. This role requires at least three years of experience handling Table of Contents and Authorities, eFiling in State & Federal Courts, and advanced proficiency in Word and Adobe for legal document formatting and organization. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of California Court rules and deadlines are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, format, proofread, and organize legal pleadings and correspondence
Manage eFilings in State & Federal Courts and handle court notifications (Pacer, ECF)
Prepare witness and trial binders, deposition materials, and exhibits for filings
Oversee billing processes (time-entry, data review, final submission)
Schedule appointments, coordinate travel, and maintain business calendars
Organize and maintain legal files while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Foster positive relationships with clients, court personnel, and internal teams
