Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Hybrid - In-office 3 days/week)
Pay: $50-$52/hour
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We're partnering with a fast-paced, forward-thinking company in Aliso Viejo on the hunt for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support one of their top C-level executives. This Temp-to-Hire position is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves staying organized, and knows how to anticipate needs before they arise.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the Gatekeeper: Provide high-level, confidential support to a C-level leader, helping drive business priorities and day-to-day workflow.

  • Master the Schedule: Juggle calendars, set meetings, and manage complex domestic and international travel.

  • Lead Meeting Logistics: Own every detail-from agendas to tech setup to taking key meeting minutes.

  • Champion Projects: Track deadlines, support high-level initiatives, and ensure projects move forward smoothly.

  • Craft Communications: Prepare polished reports, presentations, and internal communications that make an impact.

  • Collaborate Company-Wide: Liaise with internal teams to align efforts and drive progress.

  • Own the Details: Support office management and assist in coordinating company events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of EA experience (supporting C-level execs is a big plus)

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Pro-level organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Tech-savvy with the full Microsoft Office Suite

  • Someone who's detail-obsessed, proactive, and always two steps ahead
