Our client, a boutique law firm in Portland, Maine, dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in a supportive and collegial environment is looking for an experience Front Office Coordinator. The office culture is professional, fast-paced, and team-oriented, and theyare seeking a motivated, well-organized, and friendly individual to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing, scanning, and general document management
  • Office supply inventory and management
  • Creating and maintaining file systems
  • Greeting clients and providing a welcoming office presence
  • Answering phones and handling intake calls
  • Processing and distributing mail
  • Drafting and composing standard documents
  • Providing general administrative office support
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time, In-person (Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
