First-in-region sales hire opportunity for a Series A AI startup.
Salary: Up to $170k base
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ Years selling to SaaS to enterprise accounts ($1bn revenue+).
- Deep understanding of MEDDIC / Command of the Message.
- You are a new business hunter that's self-sufficient in generating your own pipeline.
- Experience with energy/utilities/construction and adjacent verticals (a bonus).
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
About the Role:
- Join as the first-in-region Enterprise AE and drive strategy in the US.
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Own the sales cycle: identify champions, run demos, and navigate supplier onboarding.
- Localize existing UK sales strategies, enablement materials, and messaging for the US market.
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine ICP, develop US-focused sales content, and shape go-to-market strategy through market insights.
