The 'ACV' of a good recruiter/agency is arguably higher than an enterprise customer on because of the sheet amount of roles they can facilitate over time. We're looking for extremely revenue and growth orientated folks - a great signal is whether they have cold-outbounded their way into at least 1 incredible opportunity they had no business getting.
