A leading innovator in the global tech industry is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO. This role is onsite 5 days a week in San Mateo
Salary: $170 - 210 + Bonus + Stellar Benefits.
Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right hand of our CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will manage a variety of tasks that will require both strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail. This is a highly visible, impactful role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at the highest levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- CEO Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize daily tasks and commitments.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Travel Coordination: Handle all aspects of business travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation for the CEO.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare for board meetings, executive sessions, and company-wide events, ensuring materials and agendas are prepared in advance.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties as required, such as expense management, filing, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a global business environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree required
