Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative Assistant

Our client located in Phoenix is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. Usually, this person is supporting two property management executives with full calendar and email inbox. This Executive Assistant could also be helping a board of directors or multiple executives with administrative support. The ideal candidate is flexible with working with an executive staff of five members as well. This position is a direct hire, with immense potential for growth within the organization.

This is a fun role where you can throw yourself into staff organization and event planning.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
  1. Schedules and coordinates meetings, calendars, and events
  2. Handling all incoming correspondence, face to face, email, phone
  3. Greet customers and clients, answer phones, and responds to general inquiries
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas
  5. Attend meetings and conferences as required
  6. Perform various administrative tasks as needed
  7. Budgets and expense reporting
  8. Ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
  1. Must have one year of executive assistant experience
  2. Highschool diploma or GED
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  4. Multi-line phone/Fax experience is required
  5. Microsoft Suite skills required
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  7. Bilingual Spanish is a HUGE plus (but not required)

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary. direct-hire, healthcare, dental, vision benefits available upon hire within the employers standard timeframe.
