Job Summary:

Hidden Talent is hiring on behalf of C&S Machine and Manufacturing for a full-time Executive Assistant to support their management team. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, internal communication, and high-level administrative execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while juggling multiple priorities.

This position is currently located just a few miles from the Louisville Airport. Come early 2026, the company, and position, will be moving into a brand new facility in La Grange, KY just off of I71.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the management team.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, materials, and presentations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Draft and format reports, spreadsheets, and internal/external communications.
  • Maintain digital files and documentation with strong organizational standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and holiday functions.
  • Support internal initiatives, process improvements, and policy rollouts.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
  • Track milestones and progress on strategic projects.
  • Serve as a key administrative contact during plant visits, audits, and meetings.
  • Lead or assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, tracking milestones and reporting on
    progress.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional (manufacturing setting preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Predictive Index (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with multiple departments.
Education & Experience:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting executives or leadership-level staff.
Other Requirements:
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Comfortable walking the manufacturing floor (exposure to moving equipment, light hazards).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and integrity.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality policies.
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible hours, as needed.
