We're partnering with a leading consulting firm in search of an experienced Executive/Legal Assistant to support senior-level Partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire role with long-term potential for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate has a strong background supporting senior leadership within a law firm or investment/consulting company, and excels in high-level administrative support, calendaring, client service, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive-level and case support to multiple Partners.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, monitor itineraries, and manage changes in real time.
- Support client invoicing: edit, finalize, and track billing in coordination with the billing team.
- Handle expense reports, time entry, and contact management.
- Prepare and proofread a wide range of documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal/external events and meetings, including agendas, briefings, and note-taking.
- Maintain paper and electronic files and assist with special projects.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of executive assistant or legal assistant experience.
- Background in a law firm or professional services/investment management environment highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation:
$40 - $50/hr.+ depending on relevant experience
