Position Overview
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic management of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO and supporting the C-suite, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, all of which contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and gather data to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Executive Support:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, C-suite, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Coordinating and managing special projects as assigned by the CEO and other C-suite executives.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and follow-ups as required by the executive team.
- Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and other departments.
Operational Efficiency:
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures to streamline operations.
- Identify and solve problems that may arise within the administrative functions of the executive office.
- Support the development and implementation of operational improvements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new C-suite members and other key personnel.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar capacity.
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing confidential information.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
