THE JOB

  • Keep 5-7 executives on track by managing complex, shifting calendars.
  • Arrange detailed business travel - flights, hotels, transport - like a pro.
  • Own expense reports, ensuring accurate, timely submissions every time.
  • Act as the polished, professional face of the firm in calls and meetings with investors and partners.
  • Help plan and coordinate internal events and logistics.
  • Pitch in on marketing updates and special projects alongside the investment team.
  • Tackle ad hoc assignments with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail

ABOUT YOU

You'll shine in this role if you bring:

  • 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally in private equity, investment banking, or financial services.
  • A cool head under pressure and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.
  • A natural sense of urgency, combined with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • A tech-savvy mindset, including comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning new tools.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach - you don't just spot problems; you solve them.
