Responsibilities
- Serve as a representative to the team, managing multiple requests
- Manage a calendar for stakeholders, managing last-minute changes
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room reservations
- Book travel details such as flight, hotel, and ground transportation
- Process employee expenses and travel claims following company policy
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations
- Establish procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Be a resource to colleagues, helping to train on company systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of executive assistance experience
- Collaborative, organized, and responsive professional
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at working independently and efficiently
- Skilled in MS Office, Concur, and Travel booking software
