Our client is a financial services firm. They seek an Executive Assistant to join their Technology Investment Group in their San Francisco, CA office.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a representative to the team, managing multiple requests
  • Manage a calendar for stakeholders, managing last-minute changes
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room reservations
  • Book travel details such as flight, hotel, and ground transportation
  • Process employee expenses and travel claims following company policy
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations
  • Establish procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be a resource to colleagues, helping to train on company systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of executive assistance experience
  • Collaborative, organized, and responsive professional
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept at working independently and efficiently
  • Skilled in MS Office, Concur, and Travel booking software
