Executive Assistant

Salary Range: $83,000 to $90,000
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Fully onsite
The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of responsibilities, meeting planning and facilitation, relationship management with donors and stakeholders, data entry, and support for the Board of Directors.
- The role also involves coordinating outreach and external relations efforts, overseeing special projects, and drafting and editing correspondence and reports.
- Key responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support, managing the ED's calendar and schedule, organizing and executing special events, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, and maintaining the ED's filing system and contact lists.
- The Executive Assistant will support the ED in agency oversight, community outreach, donor management, and collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- The Executive Assistant will also collaborate with the Development Team, serve as a point of contact for the ED, and provide logistical support for organizational events.
Qualification:
- 7 years of experience providing executive-level assistance, demonstrating independence, self-direction, and initiative.
- This position requires excellent business writing skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize work, and a strong executive presence.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to diversity, A bachelor's degree or advanced degree is preferred, along with experience in nonprofit management and relationship building.
