Our client, a leader in the financial technology industry, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. This role will be onsite 3x per week in San Diego, CA.
This job is a 4-month W2 contract role that offers benefits & paid holidays.
As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for 1 VP in the Brand/Marketing/Consumer Group, collaborating closely with high-level executives and their executive assistants. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, optimizing executives' schedules, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Outlook, Slack, G Suite, Coupa, and Concur
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating travel and handling executive-level scheduling
Desired Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a FinTech, Software, or SaaS corporate environment
- Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones
- Event planning experience within a corporate setting
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and coordinate executives' schedules across multiple time zones
- Arrange and manage national and international travel for executives
- Track and manage corporate expenses within the Marketing, Brand and Consumer Group division
- Partner with the administrative team to plan and execute corporate events
