Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department or another group in an organization. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. May be responsible for creating reports and distributing on a regular schedule. Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.

- Someone who is a quick learner, can pick up priorities quickly and then proactively adjust things without needing to be asked.
- Strong accountability - someone who doesn't let things slip through the cracks and that I don't need to micromanage.
- Strong communication and willingness to express their POV.
- Ability to manage complex projects over time.
- Someone who is patient and calm - our business can feel unstructured and chaotic, and needs to be able to pivot without getting flustered.
- Some exposure to data, AI, etc. is helpful but not necessary.
- I'm happy to help develop this in role, as well as help this person think through and develop their career, both within and outside EABP and is something I've done regularly before with EABP partners. I understand this needs to be limited with CWs, but overall, I love to work with people and help them grow.
- Good at proactive documentation and document management. Common platforms we use are the Google Cloud suite and Figma (nice to have but not necessary)
