Job Title: Business Services Associate III
As a Business Services Associate III, you will be the backbone of our client's executive leadership team, providing top-notch administrative services. You will be involved in business strategy, product processes, and daily operations, anticipating future needs and supporting key business initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex business calendars and maintain confidential records and files
- Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging catering
- Plan and manage on and off-site events and conferences
- Handle complex travel arrangements and expense reports
- Support contract creation and tracking, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting multiple leaders including at least one Executive
- Experience in a mid-size company similar to our client's
- Proactive and independent thinking
- Experience with Concur for travel arrangements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams), with heavy Teams usage for meetings
- Experience with SAP/Ariba is required
