We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support multiple executives within a growing, fast-paced organization. This is a trusted role that blends strategic support with day-to-day execution - perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, is passionate about excellence, and wants to play a vital part in helping leaders operate at their best. This role is 5 days onsite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume scheduling, prioritize competing demands, and coordinate logistics with minimal guidance
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, project needs, and executive preferences to streamline operations proactively
  • Maintain and organize sensitive documents, inboxes, reports, and files with confidentiality and care
  • Provide high-touch support for meetings, calls, and confidential briefings
  • Oversee and maintain executive expense reports, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely submission. Reconcile and track all expenses to provide clear and organized reporting for reimbursement.
  • Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring cost-efficiency, comfort, and alignment with executives' preferences. Proactively handle all details for flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit executive-level communications and documents with precision
  • Support strategic ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other EAs or business partners to ensure seamless coverage and alignment

What We're Looking for:

  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience, including executive-level support in a fast-paced, professional setting
  • Strong project ownership skills - someone who sees tasks through from start to finish with high accountability
  • Confident, resourceful, and capable of managing ambiguity with calm and clarity
  • Professional presence with strong judgment, especially when dealing with sensitive topics or senior stakeholders
  • Natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and communication savvy
  • Ability to stay five steps ahead - you don't just react, you anticipate
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, etc.)
  • A team player who can work independently and also contribute to a supportive, driven workplace culture
  • Comfortable with occasional off-hours responsiveness when needed

The compensation range for this position is between $90k-125k on a base.
