We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in the New York office. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of executive schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and appointments, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Support expense reporting and budget tracking for the executives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a corporate, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Work Schedule:
- This is an in-office role based in New York City. Candidates must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday.
