Responsibilities

  • Manage expense reports; create and prepare confidential communication; arrange comprehensive travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings weekly.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Communicates directly with the team and relevant stakeholders on matters related to projects and initiatives.
  • Manage non-disclosures, including management of documents, correcting contract content where needed, and accurate management of all executed materials.
  • Committee/Meeting organization; facilitating the technology, coordinating, and distributing all materials weekly, monthly, and quarterly for leadership meetings, earnings calls, etc.
  • Complete lender reporting quarterly for each property.
  • Run reports and assist analysts in retrieving additional information.
  • Manage scheduling and travel plans for the Board of Directors' quarterly meeting.
  • Work cooperatively with other administrative assistants in a positive partnership to back up each other smoothly.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed by the team.

Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with current experience supporting executive leadership.
  • Strong PC skills -MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication with outstanding writing skills.
  • Advanced ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
  • Tact, good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management.
