Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 + overtime eligible

We are seeking a polished, high-performing Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced investment environment and is eager to provide high-level support to senior professionals across multiple teams.


This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented EA who can juggle complex calendars, anticipate needs, and build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to 10 investment professionals across two teams
  • Coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings with precision
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broker sales teams to optimize meeting schedules
  • Own calendar management: screen for conflicts, flag priorities, prep teams for upcoming engagements
  • Handle travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Process expense reports quickly and accurately
  • Track and log meeting outcomes and notes in internal systems
  • Organize research materials: earnings reports, models, presentations, etc.
  • Support onboarding and training logistics for new hires
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and business updates
  • Grow into a foundational support partner with a working knowledge of sectors such as tech, consumer, energy, media, and more

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years of EA or administrative experience, ideally in financial services (equities/investment exposure a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Clear communicator with excellent grammar and written skills
  • Discreet, dependable, and mature-able to handle sensitive information with care
  • A genuine interest in growing within a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Experience booking complex travel, managing competing priorities, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
