Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant to General Manager (NY Office) Location: Midtown, New York, NY (On-site)
Employment Type: Part-Time (10-30 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: $25 - 30 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager
- Draft and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (frequent use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Assist with routine HR, accounting, and compliance-related administrative tasks as needed
- Organize and maintain records, forms, and confidential files
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects with flexibility and discretion
- Ensure timely completion of assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications:- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to respond to changing priorities
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not required
