Job Description

Japanese real estate services company specializing in the revitalization and distribution of real estate properties seeks a detail-oriented Executive Assistant at their Midtown Office.

Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant to General Manager (NY Office)

Location: Midtown, New York, NY (On-site)

Employment Type: Part-Time (10-30 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $25 - 30 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager
  • Draft and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (frequent use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Assist with routine HR, accounting, and compliance-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Organize and maintain records, forms, and confidential files
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects with flexibility and discretion
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to respond to changing priorities
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not required
