The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Position seeks a strong candidate to support 3 senior level executives. Successful candidate is required to have experience supporting a senior level executive in an administrative support or similar role. Duties include booking travel (both domestic and international), calendar management for senior level Partners, expense management and processing, and general office duties.
A high level of professionalism and business etiquette is also required. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information to which the Executive Assistant may be exposed, discretion is required. Position calls for initiative, independence, and compliance. Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once. Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned, and the hours necessary to complete them. Prior experience in financial services, as well as familiarity with Concur systems are preferred but not required.
