Position Overview

As Unboxed Group continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our President. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties. It requires a strategic partner who can anticipate needs, manage high-level interactions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business. This is a dynamic, high impact position for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a company that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and pushing boundaries.


What You'll Do:

Executive Support & Workflow Management

  • Own and manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing meetings that align with the business goals.
  • Proactively prepare for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and follow up actions are documented and tracked.
  • Draft and manage emails, messages, and internal/external communications.
  • Handle all travel logistics, including seamless door-to-door planning.
  • Support in prioritizing tasks, filtering communications and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Handle correspondence - draft emails, take meeting notes, and prepare presentations.

Personal Efficiency

  • Collaborate with the President to create daily workflows and routines that enhance productivity.
  • Handle errands, scheduling and reservations as needed.
  • Organize and oversee personal travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Think ahead - if the President has a long day of meetings, have meals and recovery time already planned into the day.

Company Support

  • Responsible for managing the company google voice line.
  • Sort and distribute company related mail to the appropriate individuals.
  • Assist with social media management and content posting for the company Linkedin and Instagram account.
  • Manage gift purchasing, special occasions, and events for clients and vendors.
  • Support HR and Finance with projects as needed.
  • Support event coordination and logistics for key company initiatives.
  • Support with on-site client events.

  • Discreet & Trustworthy: You handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Google Workspace preferred).
  • Social media savvy - Linkedin and Instagram
  • Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills

Additional requirements:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Hiring Range: $68,600 - $75,000
