About the Role:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a constantly evolving calendar
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements (domestic & international)
- Handling email and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting sales efforts with admin tasks (CRM updates, proposals, etc.)
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensuring a top-notch client experience through coordination and communication
- Overseeing product sample logistics and distribution
- Assisting with sales decks and presentation materials
- Pitching in on special projects and occasional personal tasks
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
- Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills
- High discretion and a proactive mindset-you anticipate needs, not just react
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a high-stakes environment
- Tech-savvy: familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, CRM tools
- Professional, polished, and flexible with a no-task-too-small attitude
- Based in Miami and available for full-time onsite work
Preferred Skills:
- Sales admin experience
- Worked with vendors or in supplier management
- Background in manufacturing or food & beverage
- Exposure to M&A activity
