We are actively searching for a bilingual Executive Assistant to support one of our Aventura based clients. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing the calendar and travel for a key executive. This is a great role for an Executive Assistant that enjoys administrative duties as well as projects and presentation support.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties for executive management
- Act as initial point of contact for internal and external clients
- Complete and submit expense reports
- Reconciliation of credit card charges
- Update and manage client contact and investment information in company database
- Project coordination - utilization of Excel to analyze and present data in an effective and compelling manner
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, strong Excel skills and PowerPoint knowledge
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluency in both Spanish and English
