- Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm - 5 days in the office with flexibility to work from home occasionally
- Salary: $120k-$140k base depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and 100% paid benefits
- Bachelor's Degree: Highly Preferred
Responsibilities - Manage a heavy calendar and effectively coordinate meetings for a busy, travel-intensive team.
- Proactively schedule investor and fundraising meetings across multiple time zones and regions.
- Coordinate large meetings and conference calls, often involving multiple external parties.
- Book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide occasional on-site support at fundraising events or investor meetings.
- Complete other administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in an executive assistant role, ideally supporting a team.
- Experience supporting executives in finance, professional services, or investor relations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage up, pursue scheduling, and resolve problems independently.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to work.
