CV Resources has partnered with a successful company in Irvine that is seeking an Executive/Administrative Assistant to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR leadership team, including scheduling and calendar management
- Coordinate team events, training sessions, and business travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit expense reports, process department documentation, and support reporting needs
- Greet and assist internal and external guests in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive HR matters Assist with various administrative projects and general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Able to work on-site in Newport Beach (hybrid schedule)
- Ready to start immediately for a contract
