Job Title Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield's New Jersey office is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support one of our most successful commercial Executive Brokerage Teams. This position will partner with two additional Executive Administrative Assistants to provide all administrative functions and will play a significant role in increasing broker productivity.
Job Description Principal Responsibilities - Assist Executive Brokerage Team with managing their complex business operations to ensure administrative, financial, and operational activities are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
- Provide oversight and guidance, organize, and prioritize critical issues.
- Anticipate Executive Brokers, client and business needs and undertake necessary actions to produce effective results timely.
- Manage and organize complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements and complex travel plans; work around scheduling conflicts while keeping Executive Brokers on schedule.
- Manage email correspondence for Executive Brokers promptly. Reply where necessary, print attachments, follow up on actions, flag urgent messages.
- Update and maintain contacts, telephone numbers and email addresses.
- Answer and screen all incoming calls to Executive Brokers office
- Organize and input broker expenses and charitable contributions, track payments and allowances.
- Support Executive Brokers' community and industry activities and events.
- Ensure that education, credentials and licensing of staff is current.
- Prepare, collect and maintain information for the preparation of confidential reports, proposals, and other materials
- Greet and direct all visitors
- Manage team's database and pipeline
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of executive administrative experience supporting corporate c-suite professional/s, real estate background preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Required to be in office
Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, logical thinker
- Takes initiative
- Ability to multi-task and organize a daily workload by priorities
- Sense of urgency about tasks or assignment
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Technologically proficient with Outlook, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $30.04 - $35.3366
