Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to executives, managing calendars, emails, and phone calls
- Handle basic receptionist duties, including greeting clients and answering phones
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Ensure smooth office operations, managing filing systems and office supplies
- Assist with special projects and other duties as required
- Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize responses in a timely manner
- Provide backup support for administrative functions when team members are absent
Skills and Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and reliable
