Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant sought to support Executive in Cold Spring, New York. This role is responsible for providing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support. The pay range for this position is $60-70k based upon factors including but not limited to related experience and time in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist in the set-up and planning of meetings and special events; take meeting minutes as requested.
- Handle incoming mail and correspondence including drafting, editing and preparing various documents and reports.
- Plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
- Maintain a busy electronic business and social calendar.
- Coordinate both personal and any business-related travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and maintain database of Art Work collection (Collectify)
- Manage a variety of assignments requiring sensitivity to confidential information.
- Demonstrate the ability to assist or take a lead role in effectively coordinating various personal activities.
- Updating and maintaining business and personal contact database.
- Filing, ordering office supplies and general administrative duties.
