What we are looking for:


We're looking for a highly motivated Full-Cycle Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role combines the lead generation responsibilities of a Business Development Representative with the closing responsibilities of an Account Executive. You'll own the entire sales cycle - from qualifying inbound interest to prospecting new accounts, running demos, and closing business.This is an ideal role for someone with strong outbound instincts, solid demo and deal management skills, and a hunger to scale revenue in a fast-paced startup - especially in the rapidly evolving AI tools ecosystem.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect & Qualify: Own lead generation through a combination of inbound follow-up and targeted outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial outreach to close
  • Discovery & Demo: Conduct effective discovery to understand customer needs and present tailored product demos
  • Solution Selling: Map our offering to business challenges and technical use cases; guide prospects through evaluations, trials, and POCs
  • Close Deals: Own the full sales process including proposal creation, negotiation, and procurement workflows
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to provide feedback and ensure smooth handoffs

Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Comfortable with outbound sales strategies and tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and self-driven; thrives in fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiarity with technical buyers, developer tools, or AI/ML products is a strong plus
