We are a privately held business that is looking for our next Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue while also thinking at a strategic level as a member of the executive leadership team. For that reason, equity will be a critical component of this next leader's compensation package.

The Critical Role We're Seeking
We are looking for an exceptional and technically minded sales leader who will be the catalyst for this growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will:
- Focus primarily on revenue generation (about 90-95% of their time)
- Provide occasional client or project management support (about 5-10% of their time)
- Earn a competitive base salary with significant, uncapped commission potential
- Have the opportunity to earn substantial equity in the business based on performance
- Experience in governmental sales, large corporate account sales, or system integration partnerships is preferred, but not required.
- Salesforce or related professional services type experience is preferred, but not required.
- Hold a VP-level title with leadership growth potential if desired in near future
Key Responsibilities & Skills Needed
- Business development and pipeline creation
- Client relationship management geared towards renewals and upsells when necessary. Technical aptitude is a strong advantage, but this person will still have a team of solutions engineers in the background able to assist as needed.
- Public sector sales expertise, particularly with transactions above and below "micro-purchasing" thresholds
- Partner ecosystem development and management "Tip of the spear" hunting and overall execution
- Quarterbacking large public sector sales transactions
- Geographical & Market Expansion
