Enterprise Account Executive (Remote - Bay Area Focus)
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (within 1 hour preferred)
Base Salary: $200K
OTE: 400K+
Type: Full-time Individual Contributor Remote with occasional travel
About the Role
Our client is a leading provider of custom software development and IT outsourcing services, supporting top-tier companies with scalable, high-performing technical teams.
They're seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with a strong hunter mentality and a proven ability to close complex B2B service deals. This is a pure new business role focused on landing new accounts-not account management or farming.
The right candidate will bring experience selling staff augmentation, IT services, or custom software development, and know how to connect with decision-makers at the mid-market and enterprise level.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to proposal and close
- Respond to inbound interest and proactively drive outbound outreach to fill your pipeline
- Conduct discovery and sales presentations with C-level and VP-level buyers
- Create and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, delivery, and operations to ensure seamless handoff
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking
- Close new client accounts with deal sizes typically ranging from $100K to $1M+
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, focused on the U.S. market
- Proven ability to hunt and close new business (this is not a farming role)
- Experience selling IT services, nearshore/offshore staff augmentation, or custom software development
- Comfortable managing mid-market to enterprise sales cycles
- Based in or willing to travel to the Bay Area for in-person meetings when needed
