Duties: Support the Service Technical Consultant and IT Manager and interface with the Suppliers technical team to provide oversight on the tactical and technical application support, ensuring delivery is provided within the boundaries of the managed services contract and Voya established standards. Develop of creating financial Reports (PDF), charts, pivots, dashboards, books, batches, and snapshot reports by using FCCS application. Develop of automation, SQL, Batch scripting and EPMAUTOMATE. Automate of data loads and integrations by using FDMEE/Data Management. Configure the Metadata upload process through incremental files and creating automations of seamlessly load metadata. Support Multiple planning and Consolidation applications in Oracle EPM Cloud. Govern supplier delivery and execution on day to day batch and monitoring practices via engagement with team and utilization of governance reports. Govern Incident Management and root cause analysis, technical issues, problem resolution and suggests improvement plans. Prepare and execute the test cases against each module and deploy the solution with automated scripts. Work with business owners to make them comfortable with Hyperion Platform and helps in Quality assurance testing, UAT testing, deployment of deliverables and production verification and getting sign-off on the application. Work with business and teams to get clarity on the requirements and additional details if needed and timely decisions regarding project scope and requirement priorities. Keep up regular communication stream with the stakeholders for their participation. Review SLA reports and escalate concerns to Service Tech Consultant. Conduct reviews and ensure Voya standards for infrastructure, security, architecture and design are met. Provide oversight on supplier technical updates to infrastructure/security diagrams/plans/documentation. Review quality of IT projects submitted for production. Review performance results and suggests change requests to improve performance, as needed. Guide supplier to provide practical insight, expert knowledge of technical design alternatives and the implications of each approach, participating in the software development cycle. Identifies business value and cost for business and IT partner. Telecommuting permitted within commuting distance.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer or related position.

Experience must include: Experience with Oracle EPM; Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management HFM, Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management HPCM; Data Relationship Management DRM; Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services EPBCS, Oracle Planning Budgeting and Cloud Service; and PBCS and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Cloud Service FCCS.





Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
