Job description A growing property management firm is seeking an
Assistant Community Manager to assist in the daily operation of our 140 unit property
, The Village of Johnson Creek in Arlington TX. Responsibilities of a Assistant Manager; - Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
- Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
- Validate application information and references.
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
WHAT WE REQUIRE: - 3+ years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success
- Strong admin and communication skills.
- LIHTC experience, required
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Valid driver's license
- Yardi experience, strongly preferred
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test
COMPENSATION: - $20-25/Hr. depending on role and experience.
