Your Role & Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support

Serve as a professional, welcoming first point of contact for calls and visitors. Manage office operations, handling deliveries, mail, faxes, and general organization. Assist with maintaining and organizing client and employee records. Handle data entry and compliance tracking for employee credentials. Copy, scan, and upload records, policies, and documents.

Project & Operations Support

Work with leadership to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Assist in preparing for new hire orientations, tracking credentials, and coordinating schedules. Support the recruitment, scheduling, and HR teams as needed. Cross-train to provide backup coverage for various departments.

Technology & Data Management

Manage caregiver timesheets and payroll-related documentation. Use Microsoft Excel and other software to track, analyze, and report data. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies by tracking and following up on key deadlines.

Tech-savvy-you're proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
