Job title : Admin Assistant
Duration:- 6months+
Location:- Springfield IL 62704
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
o Learns product line, internal systems and processes, as well as jurisdictional rules and regulations in order to effectively serve clients
o Field incoming questions or issues regarding products and services the organization provides
o Reviews and fulfills incoming requests
o Contributes to customer satisfaction and organization success
o Participates in department-wide process improvement programs and process best practices
o Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma
1 year administrative/customer service/processing/production experience
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight while still being an integral part of a team
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software and spreadsheets
Must have poise, tact and diplomacy
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and execution of deadlines
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
When needed, working overtime is required
