TITLE: Administrate Assistant
JOB SUMMARY: Provide office clerical support for a regional office located in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a small office and you will primarily be working alone most of the time. Responsibilities include answering phones, delivering excellent customer service, and performing other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and assisting with scheduling.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; M-F
Start Date: Mid-May
Duration: 3-6 months to cover leave
Pay: $22 - $24 per hour
Benefits: Available after eligibility period
RESPONSIBILITIES - Answer phones and talk to customers
- Filing, data entry, ordering and stocking supplies
- Use MS Office daily
- Receiving and tracking products
- Data entry of product information
- Organizing office after recent move
- Assist with scheduling
- Assist with planning company events
REQUIREMENTS - Attention to details
- Seeking upbeat, bubbly personality for phones
- 3 or more years of office admin/clerical experience
- Previous experience answering phones and interacting with customers
- Basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Ability to solve problems
