Administrative Assistant

We are searching for a growing Ocala, FL based company in search of an administrative assistant with a pleasant personality to be a receptionist, but also with attention to detail to assist with credit card reports, QuickBooks and a variety of administrative tasks. Work setting is in a beautiful rural area (zip code-34481)

Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks including greeting guests, routing phone calls, etc.

Assist with credit card reports

Assist with QuickBooks

Variety of administrative tasks as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

Other duties as assigned

Pay: Hourly range of $20-24 based on experience.

Schedule: 45 hours/week (OT after 40 hours)
