Administrative Assistant

ROLE DESCRIPTION
NYC-based hedge fund is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, resourceful, effective communicator with the ability to work well in a high paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage tasks. Time management, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential to this role.
Responsibilities
- Phone support for multiple executives
- Calendar management for the firm's President
- Assist the Office Manager with ordering as needed, including catering
- Maintain and coordinate conference rooms
- Meet and greet investors and guests
- Assist with office management and office maintenance, including stocking
- Prepare excel spreadsheets for expense reports and credit cards
- Assist other members of the administrative assistant team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) and Zoom preferred
- Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Trustworthy and maturity to maintain confidential information
- Self-starter with team player attitude, who can multi-task and work well independently in a fast-paced environment
