Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support - Provide advanced administrative support to the Commercial Sales team.
- Manage executive calendars and daily office operations.
- Handle confidential communications and maintain high standards of privacy.
Reception & Office Management - Perform front desk duties, including greeting executives and clients.
- Act as the team's ambassador when interfacing with stakeholders.
- Oversee general office management, including maintenance and repairs.
Communication & Coordination - Respond to, forward, and distribute email communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel expenses.
- Support Human Resources functions as needed.
Data & Reporting - Perform data entry and generate reports using
- Process payables and invoices for the office.
- Support Business Continuity Planning efforts.
Marketing & Presentation - Maintain and order marketing supplies.
- Create and edit presentations using PowerPoint.
Qualifications: Experience & Skills - Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Technical Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle is a plus.
Education: - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
