HumanHire is partnered with a top, leading global children's wear apparel manufacturing company to help them find an Administrative Assistant for their office in NYC.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting all aspects of of a Senior Executive department and daily business .

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience within the wholesale fashion industry to join our growing team.
  • Salary: Up to $80,000 per year
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to external communications and requests via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings efficiently.
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, and flights.
  • Assist with visa processing for employees traveling abroad.
  • Support executives by facilitating communication, managing contacts, processing expense reports, and anticipating their needs.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience as a Administrative Assistant in the Fashion Industry or Internship experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
