An impressive private equity firm near Soho is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support their Procurement team. This role will support a Managing Director, two Senior Associates and the broader team. The ideal candidate will have experience at a financial services firm. This role is in-office Monday- Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars/schedules
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Prepare the team for meetings
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
